For my subculture study i chose the magic the gathering players.  as a player myself i know how many different kinds of people there are that play it and where and when events happen.  i can find players anywhere and know many including official judges.  it might as well be a sport.

This page is about a new treatment for active outbreaks of herpes. It is an all natural treatment that is said to be the closest thing to a cure. Cheap and accessible to those with the Internet and no prescription needed. I feel this could be useful to observe a herpes sufferer reading this page to gage the reaction i get from them whether it be happiness or some other emotion or, to see if this will toy with them or not.

Thrill of the Game

Those of you who know me understand my love for the game Guitar hero and for the sake of this blogg I'm going to abreviate it to gh. Has anyone had the life changing experience that sort of defines who they are, this is kind of how gh is for me. It forced me to start listening to music and I became good at the game overnight. My real question is what makes these kinds of games so addicting, what makes us all come back for more? It's a fun game yes but really how much fun can a single scrolling game be. I have come to the conclusion that it the learning aspect. This may seem strange but i beleive that games like gh can give you a brain jumpstart that triggers your brain to work harder. After all they say learning is supposed to be fun. This however, is just my opinion so i really would like to know what compells people to play this game as if it was a cult gathering?

Hard to Tell

What is the difference between a cure and a treatment that completely stops a virus or disease? Viruses like herpes say that there is no known cure yet there are cases where treatments completely stopped breakouts and others, such as dynoclear, says that it is a cure. How is this possible if there is no known cure? What is and what causes herpes and is there a way to stop it?

Who sleeps?

Is sleeping for 20 minutes every 3 hours just as effective as sleeping for eight hours a night?
